"I really don't have to wait much for appointments"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was called by some members of the TRAQS team. They clearly explained to me what dates and hospital options I had.

Then, shortly afterwards, I received a letter from them confirming my appointment and also from the respective hospital as well.

The whole process was quite quick and smooth. I really don't have to wait much for appointments. It has really helped me a lot.
