I was unfortunate enough to have a blood test here last week. The nurse who did it was more interested in talking to another member of staff who entered the room for a chat. As a result I have been left with a bruise on my arm 6 inches across at the widest point and have been forced to seek advice on the state of my arm as it is so sore. I have had dozens of blood tests in my life to a thryroid problem and my arm has never looked like this before! I could have done better myself!
