Having been to Basildon Hospitals A & E dept several times in recent months with family members, today`s experience was so much improved upon all other visits and all down to one GP who was doing triage and also consultations. He had a cheerful disposition, was approachable and was willing to take a little time in guiding people and explaining the system.........if all our nurses, doctors and consultants were this good Basildon Hospital would not have had so much bad press as it has done recently..........well done that man!
