(as a relative),

My gran was admitted to Ed following a fall at her care home. She was treated as a hip fracture by the fab paramedics and also by the ED staff.

She was seen by a nurse, Xrayed and reviewed and discharged by an ED doctor Amber, all within 2 1/2 hours.

Fantastic service. Only a bit bruised after all.
