About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

Went to A&E with chest pains and was made to feel that I was wasting their time. The staff are rude and patronising. The only good thing I could mention is the GUM clinic is always fantastic but the main part of the hospital needs a clean and the staff in the café could do with smiling.
