About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

I am very disappointed and I am going to make a complain, I was treated like a patient with infectious disease and in the presence of me my case was discussed openly no confidentiality even when I was transferred to another ward 33 same thing care was discussed openly not just myself other patient also a patient who Police where coming to move early in the morning was being discussed that everyone could hear about your care, reason for admission. As a nurse I found it very uncomfortable and am actually going to make an informal complain. It was my worst experience in my whole life.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We are saddened to read that you found your experience at our hospital so distressing. If you have not yet made a formal complaint with our PILS team, I would like to request that you send your details to communications@uhl-tr.nhs.uk and we will forward this onto the Matron in Ward 33 to follow up for you. Kind regards Communications Team Leicester's Hospitals
