"Dumbfounded"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

Anything else?

My dad was taken to the hospital yesterday because he was confused, aged 92 with Alzheimer's. The doctor discharged him home on his own with a 3 inch catheter still in his arm. What is going on?!!!
