What I liked

very friendly staff they work very hard.Good meals.

What could be improved

I have had 3 operations for prostrate/urethral strictures and am still in pain every day even though i have contacted my urologist and told him still no answer to the condition since last november.

I had no way of cleaning myself due to blood loss the 3 times i was a day patient and had to go home dirty.Please note i am a physically disabled person and need/expect a better service than i had
