Firstly, they got me muddled up with someone else...wrong name listed on the board . Some of the staff were very hard to understand. When a surgeon eventually came up to the ward to see me his manner was very abrupt. Basically depts need to communicate with each other and some staff need a better 'bed side manner'. I do appreciate that everyone is very busy however common courtesy should not be forgotten.
