I am very impressed with the service at the surgical clinic. The staff were friendly and professional. I was taken at my appointment time. The surgeon was empathic and actually listened to me. I was confident in his abilities. I have to also comment that all the staff in general are so helpful. I had to ask directions twice to different locations and in both cases the staff members went out of their way to walk me directly to my destination. Unfortunately I do not know their names but they are a credit to your organisation.
