"Broken arm"

About: Croydon University Hospital

Anything else?

I came in to Croydon University Hospital with a broken arm, they did an x-rey,but nothing else, and just sent me home like that, they didnt even give me painkillers even though i was in horrible pain. All they did was said that i should expect a call from different hospital from 7am to 8pm. As I didnt receive any calls till 6pm so I went to the referred hospital myself with my sister and girlfriend and found out no one filed anything to the wright hospital. so i had to do all the procedure again (waiting in e&a for 3.5h and doing my x-ray again) . Only then i got an appointment for the next day and my operation is only next week. if Croydon University Hospital would have filed my case to the hospital referred i would have had my operation earlier and wouldnt be in so much pain right now. I would never offer anyone to go to the Croydon University Hospital, since the staff doesnt seem to care about their patients. this would be my last choice.
