"Visiting a consultant urologist?"

Having waited over a year for an appt. to see a urologist, I found them evasive, brusque and rude. Perhaps they will get off their pedestal and stop sitting behind a desk, talk to the patient (and family) as if they were adults and stop this superior attitude of, 'I know best'. It is easy to say I do not know, but instead they exude rudeness and little apparent regard for anyone else's feelings or views.

In short a long wait for nothing...I am disgusted.

Having paid NHS contributions all my life I feel reluctant to end up seeing the SAME person if I go privately. A total disgrace to the urology department yet they claim to have an interest in oncology, well that is a posh word for cancer. If you have been told (very sympathetically) you have prostrate cancer I suggest you go elsewhere.
