"Wonderful medical staff but terrible..."

I have been to this hospital many times now both as an inpatient during my first (high risk) pregnancy and at various other stages and also as an outpatient in various departments. My own experience is that the medical staff are actually mostly lovely caring and compassionate people BUT the hospital is too busy and understaffed and the administration staff treat people very poorly - quite like animals! They should learn to be a bit more human. Also, the waiting times can be very long and without explanation much of the time.
