About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

I have been using the ambulance to take me to appointments at the Frenchay Hospital. They call me half an hour before they are due to arrive, they come on time, are always cheerful and very helpful.

It’s a marvelous service, absolutely great.
