About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Visiting my Mother on the afternoon in late August on the eau unit I was met by what I can only call the most unhelpful person.

The Lady on the desk was snappy and rude and when I asked for the phone number she remarked she was busy at that moment and I would have to wait.

I am really sorry that a member of our staff behaved this way; there is no excuse for rudeness and snappiness - even if people are busy and being pulled in different directions this can be said in a polite way. I have passed your story onto the team in EAU as although you state this happened in late August (presumably last year - unless this is a typo) it is still a message that is important. Thank you and again my apologies.
