Dear Mr. Curry, I do hope you are recovering well at home following your recent admission. Thank you for your very kind words and for taking the time to share your positive experience of our care. We know that stroke is a medical emergency - I am delighted that, at every stage, the diagnosis and care you needed was provided in a timely way. I am equally pleased that all staff responded with kindness and compassion at what must have been a frightening time for you. Ensuring that all our patients experience the kind of care that you describe is something that our staff continually strive to achieve. I will make sure that your comments are passed on to the teams involved. Thank you also for remembering our catering team with your positive feedback about the food. They are most welcome. With every best wish, Annie Annie Laverty - Director of Patient Experience.
