What I liked
The clinical staff were excellent and timing was within ten minutes of the appointed time. I cannot remember when I last had such a thorough examination and both the Registrar and the Consultant were friendly.
What could be improved
Retraining the reception staff so that they dont simply ignore patients and treat them with respect when they present themselves. I was the only person at the desk after I had seen the doctors and there were two receptionists. One shuffled papers and the other tapped away at the computer. Neither acknowledged my presence. Though they may have been busy good manners would dictate that you say "I will be with you in a minute" or something similar.
