What I liked

Can't find anything to be positive about at the moment, have had too many negative experiences during my mum's stay there.

What could be improved

Car parking.

It is inadequate and expensive. It costs me £3.00 every evening to visit my mother for 1 hour. At the moment visiting is restricted to one hour each evening, so many people are trying to visit relatives that you have to queue on the access road for a space, people are queing for 35 minutes, this evening all of the car parks were full at 19.00, so even if you queue you don't know if you are going to get to see your relative.
