"Attitude of staff rowan ward Yeovil"

About: Inpatient mental health care

(as other),

We have been having problems with a patient from rowan ward in Yeovil police and other agencies are involved after phoning the police I phoned the ward to inform them and state the patient I've known them 9 months looked unwell I'm not interested in knowing anything confidential I am a ex nhs employee and know all you need to about confidentiality I phoned out of concern for the patient the nurse called Kate the attitude was disgusting and a let down for the nursing profession as a whole I then phoned pals to complain still waiting for a call back? This isn't the first time I've met this attitude on rowan ward I know things are stressful but being professional and courteous is as well a few of the staff there need to lose the self important attitude can I finish by saying the majority are brilliant but the minority let them down badly

We will however communicate to all staff the importance of having a professional and caring attitude at all times'.
