I visited A@E folloing a shoulder injury all the staff were polite and gave me a great level of care, special thanks go to doctor due to his bedside manner and indepth examination I recieved. One point I would raise to improve the service you provide is the intercom I found it difficult to hear peoples names being called and the room they needed to get to. Thanks again, Mike.
