My mother was admitted to Walsall Manor Hospital. I live in the South East of England and was trying to find out how she was and whether she had been admitted onto a ward. I dialled the main number and waited 20 minutes for it to be answered and eventually had to give up - no reply. By the way, it was 2pm in the middle of the week not the middle of the night on a Sunday. An absolute disgrace.
