What I liked

The professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the hospital was exemplary. My daughter travelled over 100 miles to have surgery at this hospital. The whole hospital worked as team and it is good to see routine ward work and old values returning to health care.

What could be improved

Seems petty after receiving excellent care but the car park fees are expensive ( £10 on the day my daughter had surgery, £4 each visit thereafter, twice a day)
