Anything else?
My son , who has learning difficulties, was a patient in the medical admissons ward for three nights, 17th, 18th, 19th July. During that time I was unable to check on his condition because the telephone was never answered. No matter how many times I rang, regardless of time of day, and holding on until the cut off, the phone was never answered. The only way to obtain information was to make a 50 minute return journey to the hospital.
