Clearly need training on 'Dignity in Care'...wondering if they even know about the campaign....fundimental care not currently being delivered effectively to elderly service users. Not doing routine obs, feeding, monitoring fluid intake or checking that elderly patients are eating.....some lovely staff however but on the flip side the attitude of some is well below what I would expect...basic communication skills are lacking.
