What I liked
I have been back into this wonderful hospital again, same ward, same wonderful staff. I was treated by the same Surgeon as I was before. I would also like to praise the Porters & staff that deal with the patients before & after surgery, they all put you at ease, nothing is too much trouble for them. I am
devastated that the 'Trust' are taking 12 beds of the Ercall ward. I don't understand why they are doing this, the ward is always full & the staff are very qualified to deal with all the patients that arrive in their care.Plus the meals are wonderful. I might be a touch biased but I cannot pass this chance of putting my feelings into writing.
What could be improved
The only thing that could be improved is..don't take the beds off Ercall
