About: NHS Telford and Wrekin CCG Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

From the time of discussing my foot problems with my GP, to when he made a referral to the Department of Poadiatric Surgery, everything went smoothly.

I was contacted by TRAQS and a date for an appointment was agreed, and my visit to Bridgnorth Clinic was arranged.

At Brigdnorth my appointment was excellent and plan of proposed treatment was discussed all by the middle of July.

I am very impressed.
