What I liked
As an ex nurse I was very apprehensive about being admitted to the Emergency Short Stay ward recently, especially having read such negative comments in the press about the state of our NHS hospitals. I need not have worried. The care I received from everyone was first class and the cleanliness of the ward was second to none. Thank you all so much.
