My Uncle has visited the hospital on a number of occasions and my sister and I have accompanied him to the different departments. I have found all members of staff very helpful and willing, nothing has been too much trouble, even though they are very professional in their role. They all give the impression of working very hard and no one is just standing about trying to look busy as I have often seen in other hospitals. If certainly makes a lot of difference to how you feel about your visit. My uncle has gone in for a major operation today and my family and I have every faith that he will be looked after and cared for. This gives us great peace of mind knowing that he will be well looked after.
