I was shocked with the staff of the mental health home team as one of my family members had to use the service and, how they were treated, when you make a complaint to the manger'ess she also has a attitude problem. They are suppose to be caring not the opposite or telling lies, or making them worse. Its like bullies, this is so terrible, terrible, why has the professional nursing career come to this ?
