What I liked
We had a first outpatient visit to the Heart & Lung Centre, and the service was excellent.
The consultant was wonderfully reassuring.
He was kind, understanding, a pleasure to talk with, he took his time with the consultation, explained things very clearly and we left thinking if we had to wait 2-3hrs for another consultation with the Dr. it would not be a problem for us, he is worth waiting to see.
Thw waiting area was not too busy and it appeared that the whole outpatients dept. was flowing smoothly and calmly.
Well done to everyone there.
