Anything else?
I was so surprised to hear of the negative reports on the Sherwood Forest Hospitals. I was admitted to Ward 11 in March of this year surgery on my arm. We arrived at 7am and were greeted by a friendly nurse then I was shown to my ensuite room. After the admissions procedure I was on my way to theatre by 8.15 am. Everyone who cared for me after the operation was kind and considerate. The food was very good. I was most satisfied with the care I received in Kings Mill. The only criticism I have is the length of time I had to wait for discharge. At 9am my consultant told me I could go home but finally managed to leave the ward at 8pm, the very long wait caused by the delay in medication for discharge coming from the pharmacy. I would like to convey my thanks to the Consultant and all his team and every one on Ward 11.
"Stay on ward 11"
