What I liked

My grandmother has been in and out of hospital a number of times over the last 10 months she is 83 and I can only say the treatment and care she recieved is diabolical. No one wants to give you an answer as to what is wrong or what treatment she recieves.

The communication between staff on the wards is very poor and between doctors even worse I wish we had an alternative to this hospital.
