My stay in Ward 3 was very pleasant if I can say that under the circumstances. I could not ask for anything more from all the staff, Doctors, Nurses and the auxiliary staff. They answered any questions or worries I or my husband had and if they could not answer they would find them for us. They were also very caring and sympathetic especially with the worries and concerns I had over my condition. But I must say the whole of the hospital was so friendly from reception to the canteen staff as living so far away my husband & daughter spent most of their time at the hospital. I cannot thank all at Aintree university hospital so much. Yours sincerely S M Stevens

Our receptionists and catering staff work really hard, and they'll be delighted that your husband and daughter were pleased with their standard of service during your time at Aintree.
