"Trying to double check an appointment"

I needed to double check the time of my appointment. Phoned general enquires to be told "sorry you phoned us", laugh in the background and then put the phone down. Rang again and nobody answered. Very childish attitude and i do not expect this from the hospital. I will be making a formal complaint. Toby Trudgian
