Anything else?
Recently advised needed urgent review after Optician detected high ocular pressure. Kept waiting to enter the urgent Eye clinic 45 mins then a further 2 hrs waiting in the clinic, Doctor disappeared for 45 mins to attend AE just when our turn arrived.
