I would just like to thank all the team that treated me today when I had minor surgery to remove moles. It was the best experience I have ever had in a hospital and the best members of staff I have ever come across. They all made me feel at ease and informed me of all that was happening each step of the way. I am quite a nervous person when going into the unknown and the whole team seemed to instantly make me feel calm. I was also very grateful that they appreciated I was nervous and although I am a young adult still offered to hold my hand. I really can't thank you enough for what you did for me today, I just wish I had had that experience every time I went to hospital and maybe then I wouldn't feel so nervous when I have to go. Keep up the good work :)
