I can say if I or my family ever need any care and could go to the freeman I would if the consultant and her team are representative of the care and services your hospital provides. I have travelled from Middlesbrough each year for the last 13 years for reviews following having been under this consultant for my cancer treatment. The experience from been greeted at reception to your xray department to my appointment with the consultant whom I have seen on 11 visits or her deputy is outstanding and is a gold standard of how patients should be treated. All staff are polite and helpful and nothing is too much bother and it has never faltered in all that time. I would like you to convey mine and my family's sincere thanks and gratitude to this consultant and her team.
