What I liked

i have been a patient a number of times being admitted on to wards c1 and c7 the staff are friendly but sometimes very tired and stressed due to lack of stafff. i have nothing but praise for my consultants in diabetes and gastroenterology. the nurses are usually helpful in answering any questions i may have about my stay. the doctors are also very good at explaining all the complications i have and always get me involved in my treatment listening to any ideas i have and are always willing to give them a try to see if they weather they work or not. so all in all a good experience.

What could be improved

obviously they need more nursing staff. what ever happened to the menus for meal times as now the food that is served looks like a microwave meal. more choice is needed plus more fresh food.
