"Impossible to get an appointment at Ilford Medical Centre if working full-time"

I would like to point out how difficult it is to get an appointment at my surgery, Ilford Medical Centre. People queue in the street from 7: 30am. When doors open, the first two in the queue get same or next day appointments. The rest are turned away. However there is a board in Reception saying the practice is open for the registration of new patients.

I think that the appointments system could be improved, but I do not think they should accept new patients when they cannot provide appointments to the patients who are already registered.

To get an appointment at the Ilford Medical Centre for myself is even more difficult because I work full-time.
