"urology dept"

Anything else?

I have had quite a few appointments now at this dept its ok but i find the the receptionist very rude its not the first time either. I visted this dept last week and i got to the reception desk and the receptionist was on the phone she seemed to talking to friend and she knew i was standing waiting but she continue on her conversation for around 15 mins, when she had finally finshed she looked up at me and said yes she did not say sorry or anything i felt really annoyed . You do not come to hospital to be treated like you shouldnt be there or an inconvenice to the recepitionist . I must say the other staff were nice and made me feel much more at ease . If i had the choice i would not come to this dept at this hospital i would choose to go else where . Even though there are problems my treatment in this dept was not to bad
