About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Brilliant. Everyone, starting from my sons GP to the TRAQS team were all brilliant and very helpful.

When booking the appointment, I was a little disappointed that I had to wait so long for an available appointment, but the lady who took the call (didn't take her name) was very helpful and patient explaining the dates available and the hospitals available.

It's reassuring to note your satisfaction with all parties concerned with your son's referral. TRAQS aim is to ensure that an appointment is booked as quickly as possible at your choice of hospital. Sometimes, depending on waiting lists, this may result in some delay which is why we also offer an alternative location which may provide an earlier appointment.

Nevertheless, your comments are greatly appreciated.
