"A&E admissions procedure needs urgent review.."

My daughter was referred to chesterfield A&E from darley dale minor injuries as her oxygen levels were at 90 & peak flow at 108 and she was struggling to breathe (she has asthma) they rang ahead to let them know we were on our way by car as opposed to ambulance as it was thought that would be quicker. We arrived and went to the A&E reception, despite darley dale ringing ahead and despite my explanation my daughters sats levels were very low she insisted we complete all the paperwork which such irrelevances as schools etc as it was out first time at chesterfield (we have recently moved to derbyshire from leicestershire where they have a specific childrens A&E and an immedite review for breathing difficulties with a triage nurse) we were then told it was busy and to wait in the waiting area for over half an hour until i returned to the desk and reminded them of the urgency, the receptionist said all she could do was ring through and remind them we were here ? which she did and we were called through a few moments later and my daughter was assessed & nebulised immediately, monitoried & admitted to the ward 4hours later for what turned out to be a 4day stay in chesterfield hospital. The wait time from entering A&E to any member of your medical team checking my daughter was 44minutes - even through you were informed of her oxygen and peak flow levels prior to us arriving. Your admissions preoceedure needs an urgent review! if a patient arrives, particularly a child, with severe breathing difficulties they should be assesses immediately & then put in the waiting room to wait once assessed. This was my first time using Chesterfield Royal A&E and you are my nearest A&E hospital but i would like your feedback on my experience to determine whether I will use you in the future or drive further to an alternative A&E as i am concerned your admissions procedures puts my daughter at risk.
