About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Took a while for appointment to arrive, but treatment on the day was very good.

Follow up appointment arrived, I just hope it isn't cancelled nearer the time, which does often happen.

Thank you for your feedback which is appreciated. TRAQS' service is limited to arranging your initial appointment and, although you may have had to wait longer than desired for this appointment I am pleased to note that your treatment is progressing.

I note your concern regarding cancellations of appointments but I am sure you will appreciate that this is sometimes outside the control of all concerned. Nevertheless, I hope there is no further delay in your case.
