I left a view about the treatment of my mum in June when she went to A&E after fainting. After being told my mum hadn't broken he shoulder we ended up back at Pilgrim after mum continue to have pain to be told 3wks after the initial fall that the shoulder as broken!!!!

I am really sorry - there can be times when fractures arent seen at the time of injury for a variety of reasons or can further develop - but clearly I can't comment on your mum's case without some more detail - could you contact me direct at: jennie.negus@ulh.nhs.uk and I can look into this for you - I can understand your distress (and of course for your mum) and would really like to help.
