I greatly understand the busyness of Emergency service block but 5 hours of waiting is just out of my expectation when the nurse told me it's going to be 2 hours. Also the attitude of some nurses are just horrific, when they told us do, ok, we tried to listen to the but by taking our personal belongings away is just too far. I'm very dissappointed and angry with your services.
