Very positive experience.

I had an appointment for a Colposcopy in early July. I was over half an hour early for my appointment but was greeted by a nurse within minutes and taken straight through.

Both the nurse; unfortunately I cannot remember her name and Dr Patil treat me in a professional, courteous, reassuring manner. Every stage of the procedure was explained and I was given time to ask any questions.

The nurse also employed distraction conversation in an effort to keep me calm. Well done to both for making an embarrassing examination more acceptable.
