"Waiting time could be improved"

About: Harmoni / NHS 111 London Ambulance Service NHS Trust St George's Hospital (Tooting) / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Excellent service, they asked a few questions then decided we needed to send an ambulance. Very calm and kind operator.

The Ambulance service was especially brilliant; they took my father to the St Georges Hospital.

They did a lot of checks but we were waiting a long time to see a doctor, we then forgot my dad was supposed to take an insulin tablet which then caused added problems.

The 111 service and ambulance were fantastic though, it was just the waiting time which could be improved.
