Hospital seemed to be in good condition. Looked like there were lots of car park spaces on site.

What could be improved

Admin- 2 1/2 years ago my deaf boyfriend was told he'd be put on the waiting list for digital hearing aids. I called in April and was told they'd look into it. 2 weeks later, no reply. I phoned to be told he had an appointment the following week- not that they told us.

Last week we received a call asking if he could make Thursday 17th. I said no and was told it would be rearranged. Today we've received a letter saying he has an appointment on Thursday 17th. I phoned up to find that the appointment had not been cancelled as promised.
