Excellent from start to finish So well organised and efficient , very slick Extremely clean and comfortable ward and surroundings Nursing staff and doctors are excellent and very thorough Can t recommend them all enough Day patient receiving general anaesthetic for a knee injury cartilage repair

It is very kind of you to take the time to give us this feedback and make note of all the things that made a difference for you. Thank you. I hope you are recovering well at home and that your pain is manageable. As an organisation we take a lot of time to regularly measure and improve all the aspects of care you talk about : the reliability and consistency of care, the cleanliness of our environments, the quality of relationships with our nurses and doctors. We know these are among the things that our patients care about the most so our staff pay a lot of attention to getting these things right.
