I fractured both my ankles in January 2013 and have visited the Fracture Clinic and Outpatient Physiotherapy numerous times and am still undergoing treatment. I have been repeatedly impressed by the level of service, even at busy times. I have found that all medical staff (consultants, nurses and physiotherapists) have been friendly, efficient and helpful I have always felt that i was in good hands. I have been less impressed with some of the administrative staff, who could do with improving their patient handling and "customer service". However, overall I am very happy with the treatment i have received.
